When our scheduled Design Week arrives, you're ready and available to give it all your attention. You've got your week blocked out and ready to pick up the phone when I call to give your honest feedback stat. You're committed to staying on schedule to achieve our goal of launching on day 7.
01. How long will the whole process take?
Once you pay the deposit, we'll make arrangements for what week works best for the both of us. You'll receive a Get Prepared checklist which needs to be completed in advance. This involves sharing with me the photos you want on your website, sending through your website copy, and completing a detailed 1:1 strategy call so I can tailor the design plan to meet your business' goals. If this will take you some time to organise, we'll schedule our Design Week further down the track, but if you're ready to send all the goodies through ASAP, then the sooner we can start designing! Once we reach our Design Week, we'll kick off designing on Sunday, and have your website launched by the following Saturday.
02. What is a single page website?
Whilst typical multipage websites have separate pages for a homepage, about, contact and a page for each service, single page websites are essentially a long homepage that condenses all those pages into one single page of content. Particularly benefiting the businesses who have a concise message to convey, this format allows you to effectively communicate your services and attract your dream clients. It's a website which guides them to one simple call to action. No distractions, no complex pages that overwhelm the user, no chance of your message being missed.

You sure can! I use Showit to design and build your website, which is super user friendly and has a low-level learning curve. Once your site is launched, you'll have full access to the backend to make changes as you please. But don't worry, if you'd rather stick to the other areas of your business you know you're good at, you can always reach out to me for a retainer to make the updates for you.
05. How much does The Spark package cost?
As a thank you for the first 10 clients who book this package, you'll get a 50% discount and secure this package for AUD $750. Spots are filling, so get in quick if you want an absolute steal for a website design that doesn't compromise on quality.
Aside from the rate I charge, there are some other fees to consider when building a website. These are costs charged by the software used to host your website, domain name, custom email, online store, etc. These fees are determined by the programs and are paid directly to the software company, not to me. I can assist with an estimate of what is typically charged depending on who you decide to go with.
06. How much do I need prepared before we reach Design Week?
- Uploading your photos
- Sharing your pre-written copy or completing my copywrite template
- Submit the brand questionnaire covering your business values, ideal client and visual preferences
- Complete the Pinterest challenge: you'll put together a simple Pinterest board or image collection of designs and aesthetics you're drawn to so I can fully understand your desired vibe
07. I need a more complex website than what one page can offer, got anything?
Sure do! If your website is too grand to fit into a single page design, The Visionary package may be better suited. This package includes a more traditional multipage web design that can showcase your business and what you do in way more detail. Check it out here!
