01. How long will the whole process take?
Once you pay the deposit, we'll make arrangements for what month works best for the both of us. You'll receive a Get Prepared checklist which needs to be completed in advance. This involves sharing with me the photos you want on your website, sending through your website copy, and completing a detailed 1:1 strategy call so I can tailor the design plan to meet your business' goals. If this will take you some time to organise, we'll schedule our Design Month further down the track, but if you're ready to send all the goodies through ASAP, then the sooner we can start designing! Once we reach our Design Month, we'll aim to have your website launched within 4-6 weeks.
02. How many pages will my website have?
With this package, you'll typically end up with 10+ pages on your website (dependent on your business' needs). These pages can include: home, about, contact, services/work together, 2-3 sales pages, online store, blog, portfolio, podcast archive, 404, policies, terms & conditions, and more!
03. Who would would benefit most from this package?
- You're a thriving creative with a growing portfolio of customers who vouch for your amazing talents.
- You deliver services and need a pocket of the internet dedicated to displaying your skills and offerings.
- You've got a Shopify or WooCommerce store and need to take them from 'just browsing' to 'buy now'.

04. Can I update the website myself after launch? Can you update it for me?
You sure can! I use Showit to design and build your website, which is super user friendly and has a low-level learning curve. Once your site is launched, you'll have full access to the backend to make changes as you please. But don't worry, if you'd rather stick to the other areas of your business you know you're good at, you can always reach out to me for a retainer to make the updates for you.
05. How much does The Visionary package cost?
As a thank you for the first 10 clients who book this package, you'll get a 50% discount and secure this package for AUD $1,500. Spots are filling, so get in quick if you want an absolute steal for a website design that doesn't compromise on quality.
Aside from the rate I charge, there are some other fees to consider when building a website. These are costs charged by the software used to host your website, domain name, custom email, online store, etc. These fees are determined by the programs and are paid directly to the software company, not to me. I can assist with an estimate of what is typically charged depending on who you decide to go with.
06. How much do I need prepared before we reach Design Month?
- Uploading your photos
- Sharing your pre-written copy or completing my copywrite template
- Submit the brand questionnaire covering your business values, ideal client and visual preferences
- Complete the Pinterest challenge: you'll put together a simple Pinterest board or image collection of designs and aesthetics you're drawn to so I can fully understand your desired vibe
07. I need a cheaper and more simple website design, got anything?
Sure do! If your website doesn't need all the bells and whistle, and you're looking for a more budget-friendly package, The Spark package may be a better suit.
